Michael at SVE calls it all a deliberate - new - SCAM by fat lazy bureaucrats at the advocacy type think tanks to literally "scare" new money out of billionaires who are both easily terrified and very rich : voila a new sinecure for life and no need for these think tank bureaucrats to go out and get real jobs.
The amounts of money wasted on the tens of thousands of bureaucrats at tens of thousands of think tanks and quasi think tanks is truly an appalling drag on our recession-hit economy .
